Apostille Fingerprinting Near West Chester, OH
An apostille is an official certification that makes a document valid for use in a foreign country that's part of the Hague Apostille Convention. For an FBI background check to be used internationally (for a foreign work visa, residency permit, or foreign adoption), the FBI Identity History Summary must be apostilled by the U.S. Department of State. The process starts with FD-258 fingerprint cards submitted to the FBI — which we do at our West Chester-area office.

The FBI Identity History Summary is the official document used for international apostille purposes. We handle step 1 only. The FBI submission and Department of State apostille are separate processes you or your attorney complete.
