Payments and Pricing
- Service fees are provided upfront before work begins — no hidden charges
- Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
- Government filing fees (e.g., USCIS fees, IRS fees) are separate from our service fees and are the client's responsibility
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as posted in our office
Refund Policy
If we are unable to complete the requested service, we will discuss refund options based on the work already completed. Refunds are not available for services that have been fully rendered. Government filing fees paid directly to agencies are non-refundable through us.
