Frequently Asked Questions

I was convicted of a DUI 4 years ago. Will I be denied a pharmacy license?

A DUI is evaluated by the Board on a case-by-case basis. It is not an automatic disqualifier. The Board considers the offense type, how long ago it occurred, evidence of rehabilitation, and whether it involved controlled substances. Consult with a pharmacy licensing attorney if you have concerns.
