Yes — 9am to 7pm on Sundays, same as every other day. We've been asked this enough times that we're happy to confirm: Sunday is a normal operating day for us.
If I come in Saturday, when will BCI receive my submission?
We submit electronically the same day you come in. BCI processes electronic submissions on business days, so a Saturday submission enters the queue on Monday. Results typically come Tuesday or Wednesday.
