Supporter Responsibilities

  • Recent pay stubs (last 3 months)
  • Bank statements (last 3 months)
  • Employment verification letter
  • Proof of assets (property deeds, investment accounts)
  • Proof of U.S. immigration status or citizenship

How to File I-134A

  1. Create a myUSCIS account at my.uscis.gov if you do not already have one
  2. Complete Form I-134A online with your personal, financial, and beneficiary information
  3. Upload supporting financial documents as evidence of your ability to support the beneficiary
  4. Submit the form electronically through the myUSCIS portal
  5. USCIS reviews and, if approved, notifies the beneficiary to proceed with travel authorization
